Principal Registration

In order to create a live database and to improve our relationship and communication with our key Stakeholders in the training and mentorship of our Learner Legal Practitioners (LLPs), we have introduced the Registration of Principals (supervisors of LLPs) on the ZIALE SRMS.

PRINCIPALS MUST BE:

1. Employed with or managing law firms within Zambia that have been registered with the Law Association of Zambia (LAZ); or

2. Employed with organizations within Zambia in a legal department in public, private and Not-for-Profit (Civil Society Organizations) sectors.

3. Lawyers of prescribed standing with a minimum of five (5) years at the Zambian Bar; and

4. Holders of a valid Practicing License issued by LAZ with the exception of Advocates from the Attorney General’s Chambers, National Prosecution Agency and the Judiciary of Zambia; and

5. In good standing with LAZ.
